Ingredients
  

For the Cheese Sauce
  • 8 oz American cheese Use good-quality cheese for a creamier sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Butter (salted) Melted over medium heat.
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk To create a smooth sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Tabasco jalapeno sauce Adjust to taste for spice preference.
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Salt
For the Fries
  • 1 lb Ore-Ida Extra Crispy Fast Food Fries (frozen) Frozen fries.
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil For baking the fries.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions for the frozen fries.
  2. Bake the fries as directed until crispy.
Cheese Sauce
  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, and salt, mixing well.
  3. Add the Tabasco sauce and mix until combined.
  4. Pour in the whole milk and stir until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add the American cheese and continue stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Serving
  1. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and drizzle the cheese sauce over the fries.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy your Taco Bell Nacho Fries!

Notes

Presentation is key! Serve your nacho fries on a large platter and top generously with cheese sauce. Add toppings like diced jalapeƱos or green onions for fun. Store any leftovers in airtight containers; fries and cheese sauce can be refrigerated separately for 2-3 days.
