  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, salt, breadcrumbs, and milk.
  3. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined, ensuring no ingredient is left behind.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and carefully place it in a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear when cut.
  6. After baking, let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes to make slicing easier and keep it juicy.
