Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1.75 cups Milk Can substitute with almond milk.
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp Butter (melted)
For Serving
  • Berry For serving.
  • Maple syrup For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined—lumps are perfectly fine!
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  2. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet.
  3. Cook until you see bubbles forming on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  4. Serve warm, topped with fresh berries and a drizzle of maple syrup.

Notes

For the ultimate fluffy pancakes, don’t overmix the batter. Resting the batter for 5-10 minutes allows the baking powder to activate fully.
