Preparation

- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, green bell pepper, onion, onion powder, parsley, thyme, eggs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, brown sugar, salt, crushed Ritz crackers, and milk. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
